Just for clarification where I was going with the cutback thing is wondering if Roy had every done a full rail swooping cutback...his board or any other...cause I for one would be hard pressed to call a turn like that non functional...

But I didn't call such turns non functional, though you post implies that I did... reading comprehension skills are required.

I believe your skills are the ones that require attention...I asked if you had ever done a full rail cutback....at no point did I say, "Roy Stuart thinks full rail cutback are non functional"....not trying to be a pain just trying to work out if your judgement on function vs non function is via experience or purely your opinion based on what you have seen?

Quite so but you did imply that I had said so, or at least that someone had, otherwise the comment 'I for one would be hard pressed to call a turn like that non functional' is redundant.

Anyway it doesn't matter, but your question seems to raise the idea again that I've made some kind of judgement on functional vs non functional... and I probably have but not in relation to the cutback discussion... I just said that functional cutbacks are not necessarily just the 'proper' cutbacks referred to earlier which I allegedly don't do.

We seem to be grinding this 'exceedingly small' but it's fun enough I think and I hope that you agree.

I did a high speed full rail cuttie on a 5ft clean glassy wall yesterday. Felt brilliant. Thoroughly recommend them

Nice, a 5 footer on a 5 footer?

Was on a 6'2" and a five footer is 1.5 + overhead. So still in the fun size category

sorry if you didnt want to be associated with the " quote". it was 1 of 2 on the page!
ill be the first one to admit I've enjoyed giving Roy a hard time.
he's a serial forum whore; sprucking his non functional craft and berating other forums users With his sociopathic ramblings.
He can post and do what he wants, all he has to to do is not be a dick! And reply to reasonable questions in a civil way. If you use the media to sell your ****, don't expect people to not ask questions if you apparently sell it. Or was that just another story?
There's tons of surfing forums where he does the same thing over and over again and has earned a hated reputation because of it.
i won't post any more and leave the 5 Roy fan boys to your own devices.
I suggest taking a holiday over to Roy's home break and see how fun it is surfing with him as well

In case you have not noticed this forum is not like that. People in here are generally nice and friendly. It seems to work better that way. If you like being a big tough guy behind your keyboard why not go play with the big boys instead of hanging out in here. Probably be more fun for everyone. If you want to just talk crap about random stuff and surfing (sometimes) and long boarding (even less of time) and mid lengths (never ) then I think you will find you will be more than accepted in here. You might even find yourself having a good time.

Why not start by sharing a pic of your quiver. We love board porn in the Greenroom.

Not too many words per se, just too many typed by JJ above, they fail to hold my attention.

By the way there's a 'no apostrophe crimes' rule on the Gun Project thread, thanks in advance for future compliance.

If you continue to be nice I'll tell you a story about Roy and the Council Officer, while the resin dries.

If we could harness your delusion and use it as a power source, the global energy crisis would be over instantly.

Very ZEN Roy

Was that you twin @3.15 mark?

Son Tristan, he spends most of his time boxing ( NZ light heavyweight champ) but slides a few now and then.

Got any links to any of his fights Roy? Can't find anything about him on line. Be good to see him in action...

Hi Ricardo,

Thanks very much for the fin order.

I have a 4.5" in fluoro green ready to go ( 1/4" bigger than the one you asked for) so if you like I can send that out today instead. The clear fin at 4.25" will take about an extra week.

They start at $49 and the biggest fins are around $200 Australian.

They are 3d printed in polycarbonate, which contrary to what many people expect when all is said and done is quite an expensive way to make a fin.

Yeah the 3D glassing isn't for the faint of heart and takes a long time, at least this one did it should be faster next time. Plus we spent a month filming for NBC's 'Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous' and finished a new woody. Ten ounce e glass should be pretty quick, and xylene will help.. frigging epoxy surface tension aaaarrrghg.
