With you boys all posting pics and stories of your surf exploits as they occur I am not surprised that it's busy. Keep the pics coming though - loving them

Come on mac...there was some big chop going up the face and all the crew out there struggled.

Big yes, clean no. During the week may have been smaller but it was way, way better.

I think tomorrow is going to be a massive let down. Massive wind and a bigger swell....will only be whip ins at Kirra,as that sweep will be phenomenal.

Looking forward to having a peak though.

On the banks is touch and go. Not much sand left at main Beach either. The council have just put rock walls in not long ago, will be interesting to see how it goes...

Asea I wish I knew how to post video on here. I have some footage of some.crew that got cleaned up by a set.

When they popped up 100 metres down....the paddle began. So very fun. Two blokes when back to shore. One kept walking around to the jump off,the other walked back to his car rattled......the other lot are camping at North straddle I think

It was horrible pup. When I picked my board up during the week it was empty with some lovely lines coming through....I was shocked.

that barrel shot reminds me of a super epic swell back in the original super bank days . swell hit for two and a half weeks and peaked on a mind blowing Saturday.

even rabbit was babbling to the media how good it was

I managed to grab a double up greenmount wave on a round. as I was taking off guys were hooting etc. I didn't know what they were on about....

until the lip throw out over me and way out. I was on a fish and lost the tail a bit. over corrected and the nose bogged. corrected again and the tail lost grip.

kinda did this all the way down the line get barrelled by this wide lip throwing wave and pop out.
I suppose I was lucky I didn't realise how heavy the take off was going to be
probably my greatest wave ever.

very much like a long time ago. lots of dropping and carnage

Watched a Joker this morning load up all his spear fishing gear into his kayak and try to paddle it out to Old woman Is from the beach at Mudjimba.

He was pretty keen to get out there and had a crowd of about 25-30 locals all keen to see if he would make it out

After 3 goes at it he was spent, and could just manage to get himself back up the beach.

Pretty silly on his part as there was no-way it was going to happen but funny as hell to watch

Other than that Alex had some ok ones around mid morning and the crowd factor was well behaved and pretty spread out
I also heard first point was cooking around the same time also
