Nice work smh. Another belly biard question. How does your back hold up on it,as your back would be heavily arched whike paddling?

No problem Chrispy mostly I just kick with the flippers and only arm paddle occasionally or if I'm paddling into a wave. Get SDR to make you one.

I ordered a kneeboard

Will look around at belly boards. Might look into something like SP posted,as a hollow wooden would be super nice

What is it nozza? It looks big for a belly board (unless it us being lifted up ). Is it a hollow construction or like those fence plank alaia's (I spent 30 mins on one and nearly cried )

Surfbroker have you taken the TC foamy out yet?

(Edit for the critical)
Just had a look at them. Very intrested to see how they paddle and go. I always thought bloke made hollow ones as well?

There's a guy just north of Wollongong who shapes them. They're called Mako bellyboards and theres plenty of pics on facebook of different shapes to look at. Worth a look.

I reckon the hollow wood boards would be pricey but worth a look

Yes, only once and it's "different" definately only a prone deal for me and with no flippers you can stroke into a wave when it's pitching easily...and can be used anywhere as it has soft FCS fins (or take them out and put hard ones in..Geez I like that word..lol)

Worth having for sure and as an Ebay thing it didn't cost an arm/leg..but they don't come up often.

Same mate, I've wanted to go typhoon season August to Dec. But the missus hasn't been keen on that idea April could have rain & very little swell. Not that rain bothers me in warmer climates. Just the swell...but apparently according to a mate its a good time for less wind. The high times for swell are often windy. I'd prefer clean waist to head than mooshy chest to head & 1/2. So fingers crossed. Just throwing a 6'0 ECS Bulldog 36L flat rockered wide board in the plane in a dayrunner boardbag with some duorez stashed away in the finholder compartment. Gonna be a real fingers crossed trip this one. I'm more excited about the Chinese food

Hope ya scored some waves this morning. Last 3 Tuesdays have looked to be about the only few decent days & I've worked 2 of them
