Good to hear Cobra
Played 9 holes this morning went ok for me Titans and a beer in 45 mins
Been a pretty flat winter here ( no planes flying -no wind so no wind swell ??)but looks to be turning finally this week - nice early morning surf Monday morning minus 4 degrees - all going well until I kicked the booties off and tried to put the thongs on - toes frozen
Sick shot Ricardo, looks heaps fun. We've had a really good winter here, heaps of storms kicking up the swell with beautiful sunny clean weeks in between
Tassie I saw an article about it being like -14c the other week with snow on the beach.
Have they opened it up to locals Cobra or is it by invitation only?
Still invitations only. Remember it's only a proto and works are in action all the time. Hey when they get this thing right it will be a force.

Global warming mate . Apparently the heaviest fall of snow in Launceston in 100 years

Where is the photo of Cobra at the surf lakes?
Yes mate. Can't wait to see what this thing can do when pumped up.

My son has been doing a heap of work there lately he is up there again today.
Trust me It's the same place. The setup has five different breaks From one wave.
His idea came from dropping pebbles into water The ring they produced is the same concept.
the benefits are basically ten surfers on one wave with a sucking barrel wave to a sliding wave break. All from the way the bottom is shaped..
remember the wave park is a proto emptying Getting Works done Adjusting bottoms hence different water clarity at different times.
Bit of a north east swell here today that started out bumpy and cleaned up with an offshore that started around mid day . I didn't go out as I went to visit my mum in hospital but had a look on the way home And it look good . Beach breaks always better on NE swell around here . Maybe tomorrow
