Well Clinton I.can't thank you enough for the crap product you brought out.
I don't care how improved you have made it,as you have really pissed me off that you would put a product out into the marketplace with a hyped spiel, that at the end of the day did not do what it was suppose to do...work
Then to be told after you have solved all these problems to buy the New "we fixed it,this version is not crap" you got to be kidding.

Mac you told me the ones you had were rubbish as well,so wtf?

The locks did not work. Oh occasionally they would. I bought mine just over two years ago,so his spiel has pissed me more. All.good, you just think you would sell a product that works in the beginning. I will give them to you Weiry if you like. Like buying condoms with holes in them, pretty useless.

WTF??? Chill brother!!!!

I also had a set of the originals & yes they were difficult to lock but they did lock & what other options was there at the time to secure your boards on your racks, geez if I never upgraded any product I bought that was later improved I'd still be driving my first car, still be using a Commodore 64 computer, & still be riding my polystyrene 4' moulded surfboard that gave me the worst nipple rash you could ever imagine.

Thanks for the update Clinton & for the great service you've given me on my last few purchases.

Yep no worry Vanders,I know about updates. Yet that's pretty lame argument when your whole product is based on one thing and that is to lock, and uh it doesn't.

Love my kanulock tie downs , had mine bit over a year , locks are getting a bit stiff ,have broken 1 key ,and the ends are staring to fray making them a bit hard to feed through . But I reckon I have well and truly got my money's worth . The peace of mind when I leave the boards on the roof has been great .

Better duck out and lock them on now

Unfortunately we have a few grubs here too Ted .Good thing is being on an island it's pretty hard for them to get away .

Not so many free loving hippy types in these parts , are a few greenies but even they are becoming endangered now people are starting to realize we need industry to create jobs so we can all survive .

Still a few Surfers out today , was a tad fresh , 20 knot southwesterly , 12 degrees maximum , odd bit of sleet , great fun

Different topic who is collecting all the beer fines , must have enough to start up a brewery soon .

I just back tracked in this thread to see what Clinton had to say and when I saw the post I started sweating and saying to myself "come on Scotty you can get through this essay". But I couldn't do it - exceeded attention span.
Simondo required.
I can tell you I bought a pair of these farkers 2 years ago and they are def another product from Bastards Incororated (think Comedy Co.).
I could never turn the farking key around enough to lock them. I still used them and just hoped people assumed they were locked.
