TB's right , Those belts do work , the local LB club lads have got a couple of members who use them - they swear by them.
I'm just not sure who makes them or what Brand name they are - maybe a GP could recommend something?

Bit on shore today and still can't shake the man flu so didn't bother going out. Tom morning going to check early as it's supossed to be very light offshores and 1 to 2 ft 13 second period so should be ok??? we'll see..and worth getting more ill for Will try and get some snaps but be prepared for some faar away shots or unfocused close stuff that we get from them iphones
Tomorrow over here looking promising , the wind is dropping by mid-morning and the direction is a-ok for the homey - reef depth is perfect too for LB - could be anywhere between 3-6 ft
Think its going to be shoulder to shoulder for a while though.
