Cams and charts look good... anyone score some metro gems??

Me - I'm stuck in the office wishing I had the day off as the weekend looks like it might be a bit average :(

It might have been good early, the wave quality wasn't great at 1pm...

I too was working like a good little worker ant

Get the grain return to the nest repeat

I have surfed every weekend last couple months both days so didn't get too bitter about missing today ( and tomorrow)

This weekend looks really ordinary however if it was summer you would kill for a 1.5 metre swell

undecided on whether to surf or not this weekend I may try or may also not whilst I'd like too I don't want to erase the recent memories of good waves and replace them with unpleasant waves

Been lucky enough to surf the better mornings lately, appears to be in a 7 day cycle that sees me scoring.

I surf whenever I can so am on the other side of the equation and cant complain, in saying that I am pretty easily pleased which keeps me sane.

Yep agree with the 7 day cycle and morning's seem better.

Surfed a beach break today that was pretty good, and better two weeks ago don't remember doing that for years, bring on the next front to groom those banks.

Had a better than expected session at a Northern beachie - bonus was the lack of crew in the water... scored some nice chest to shoulder lefts that ran for a good distance on some of them.

Cheers dude, yeah for around 6.5 hours over 2 sessions - maybe my best day of surfing (that I can remember anyway).
came away with a trashed board, struck by a fin but also some amazing memories!

Nice waves Northern beachie - but a lonnggg wait in between... only got 10 waves in 2hrs... but I was being picky and giving the close-outs a miss. Also missed a few being out of position

A very good morning surf but it didn't start that way, got much better as the tide came in and the straightness unstraightened
no sharks to be seen either

There where a few waves around metro yesterday. Very eager crowd early. To be honest it was better when the wind came in later in the day

today was unexpected chunky fun at Manning St...all day off shore but cold

Had an epic session on Sunday, peaks everywhere, a couple of the peaks had heaps of crew while some had a lot less and still pumping waves with good vibes - been a good winter.

Huey! Showing love to the unemployed and chastising the working few.
This weekend looks delightful for the weekend warriors. If you like that sort of thrashing.

It sucks when that pattern takes hold - but joy if you can score some time off mid week!

I have been lucky enough to score a few mid week sessions this winter.

Food for the soul.

I end up just taking what I can get, might be time to grab a foamie and practice late take off's

This morning was really good, just a pity I now have a limp from failing to come out of a barrel.

Now I remember why I am a barrel dodger
