Flying objects have also made some windsurf specific booties that have extra reinforcement for gnaraloo coral. I would try them in Osborne Park at same place as Auswind
Thanks for the replies. Anyone know of a shop in Perth that stocks the Xcel booties, or the Rip Curl Flashbomb booties? Might also drop into Windsurfing Perth to see if they have any of the NP booties (used a pair for many years before I changed to O'Neill and they lasted really well).
I don't think any Perth shops have Xcel anymore. When I wanted to replace my first pair (because I wore them out) I had to order them online - which was fine because I knew exactly what I wanted and which size.
Needless to say, I really like them, The Neoprene is very fine so it is not too bulky and allows feeling, but still keeps the feet warm. I used to only wear them in winter but now I wear them all year round - saves adjusting footstraps between seasons, stops injuries to the bottoms of my feet and squeamishness from wading around in mud and weed.
Windforce have Flying Objects booties.
Gazman if you want to have a look at the Superfreak booties, Albany Surf & Skate had them in stock last month. Also had a couple of different types of high cut ones as well from memory.

Thanks Morts! (aka Shane?). I called them to find out what they had in stock just before heading up to Perth but they didn't appear to have many high cut boots at the time! If you know anyone around here that wants to buy some used 2-3 times O'Neill Psychofreak high cut booties in US size 11 going cheap then give us a hoy! I tried on the size 11 Superfreaks in Perth and they were too tight around the toes, same as my 11 Psychofreaks were. Size 12 now the go for me.
