Re the sewarge works I see they are still allowing sailing at Isle de Canards, do you know if the officials will allow you launch at Anse Vata and sail over to Isle de Canards ??.
I guess most people will sail back and forth from Isle De Canards to Ilot Matrie.
all good now, only the left side of the beach is still closed for a little while (swimming area) we're back on the water now !!!!
Have the works "finished" or ongoing until October. Just would like to know the sailing options if they close the beach a day here or there when I am over.
works nearly completed and the sewage exit is on the other side of the bay (the non sailable area where we put the kiters)
they have been testing the water everyday and all the results were good. It's just a case of protecting themselves (the city) in case someone caught something in the water (escheria coli 
) and wanted to sue them....
by the time you're here the whole beach will be open.
