Whyner, nice to meet you at Windang on Sat. I a bit unsure whether to go out on my own. Looks like you scored on your 'next' sail as posted above. First time for me at Windang, it was obviously not the right direction or ideal conditions.
I had to go back to the Southern Highlands but at least I know where to head now for future trips when Windang is not quite right.
Hi Tom, you did we'll heading out windang by yourself, especially when that huge strike of lightening hit about 1 km from your mast. I nearly packed up after seeing that! I caught a couple of ok ones out windang but the other spot was definatly better. It's hard to get it good waves out there though. Most are full, some line up but sometimes you get a good one.
I'd actually forgotten about that lightning! Hope I can get some decent use of the 5.1
before it gets wrecked, preferably not toasted!!!!
