Hi John. I'm always keen to help out but as you know I cant commit to anything until the day approaches and I ask for leave. Anyway, hope it happens and runs smoothly.
I'ld like to be on the binoculars spotting but I can't commit to certain days either, I never know how my work is panning from day to day, and hate to say it but my business comes first.
Pottsy I'm keen to help but will be away the first week in August and Sept. I'll email you the days I'm free
Read the latest Boards magazine and their was mention of last years Red Bull attempt in Tassie let's hope it works this year.
I'll help, but not free until the first few days in august, then I've got most of August.
Let's hope there is no strike again, be good to meet you.
if the weather turns out like magic seaweed is predicting it will be too wild at marrawah for the euros to get off the beach, forget redbull, your beer gut will give you wings in a 50 kn wnw
Getting a bit excited about this. It's RED Alert now, surely the guys must be on planes...

Hey there, any Hobart folks looking to head up this weekend? Thinking of it but not 100% at the moment. I'd need to be back by 8am Monday. Could probably leave by 4pm ish on Friday.
If I head up will stay at Stanley with a crew from L'ton.
Anyway, putting this up to see what others are up to.
Cheers
Phil

Wasn't it the Marrawah pub? or was that just your usual pub antics should be fun either way

Bloody Amazing, it's finally happening!! Mondays forecast looks off the show!! Infact the whole week up there looks off the show!!
One of what I consider a very "conservative" forecast site is saying the magic 50 knots mid day Sunday
