I think I found my second wind! I'm thinking I may relocate the black water tank to the bilge and use a pump instead of the gravity feed to empty the contents? What do they use on aircrafts does it really go strait the back? Was on a plane the other day and a guy wanted to use the loo before we pushed back?

Mate give it a bloody rest and walk away from it, you're not doing yourself any favours by carrying on like this.

I'm just continuing my original post, nothing wrong with that, I got a few laughs from the riff raff but now I'm curious maybe I need to redesign my outputs.

Well three years on after re-plumbing new electric toliet and holding tank finally she gave me the ****s! After back flushing with blue expensive useless chemicals the tank remains full when sea cock is open.

Today I removed the elbow I installed and as expected it was chocka block with stuff with just only a small hose size tunnel!

I was was going to order a new black box tank as I suspected it may of been full of a hard sludge but now the elbow is cleaned out all is running well. The suction hose I used which i was told I shouldn't ..had very little build up due to being a shiny rubber .....it was the pvc elbow that caused all the probs. grrrr what a poo day.

Hi There Common Sense People and Watchers and Participants to this forum, have we reached solution to the initial post? I do have my own solution (posted long, long ago) nothing what present suggestions are, but where we are going??? Do we? or We do not?, shall we? or nor not, what about if we? or we do not.
I did join this forum few years ago, at first it was much more informative and less "personal" compare to present.
Please, those "aged" contributors to this site, please return/ refract to informative posts, please, drop "off the ****" personality maybe expressed in "priv's".
Only few items were worth to mention in the last 12mth, I have seen couple of new ideas to "old" problems. Have we reached point of "nothing new in this industry"? AAAYYY, it can not be.

That head is discusting. Your right the plumbing is not superior and needs to be replaced with solid pvc pipes and glues . Just done a 60 foot sports boat 3 toliets and on suites bla bla bla. Brand new holding tank but has been used by passed for direct dump.

I've just spent a week on a nice 33 timber boat with an Airhead composting toilet. A fantastic piece of kit that works really well. Will certainly consider one on our next boat.

Cheers
