5 weeks of self imposed isolation was taking its toll on my now, 72 year old body, so, back on board!
Our beaches were never closed to surf or paddle, I simply did what I felt was right.

My body thanks me for getting back at it.... as you can see, no distancing issues here

Hi Nozza... thanks for asking.
I also like to explore localities of other SUPsters around the world
I've seen so mighty sweet places in my "Google Travels"!

Cape Cod, Massachusetts
Yesterday's shots were on a saltwater river
Leading from a kettle pond to the ocean

flat-water:
Endless options to explore, with-in 5 miles
Marshes, rivers, bays, ponds, ocean

Surf:
With-in 5 minute to 2 hour drive, I can chase every swell and wind direction

Same coordinates as yesterday.
Did about 50 metres in and out of a 20 knot northerly.
Good to just get wet though.

My regular Smik ride is having some treatment whilst my girl is home, keeping her busy.

The southerly normally knocks our local flat but the hound needed a walk, so I thought I'd take a board to the point to see what I could see. But which board. Over on another wall gathering dust was a board I've never had the heart to sell. My 8'0" minion. Hmmmmm.....I wonder. The beach was pretty much closing out all the way along, but the point was peeling. I sat out wide as the sand in the middle was making it stand up and close out on most as they took off. I took off after that point, and had an absolute ball for about 2 hours.

I'd forgotten how much fun this little skateboard was, left me frothin' and grinning like a cheshire cat.

27 and loving it. It suits my level and balance although it has improved with the Indo Board if I use it every second day for about an hour. Maybe one day I could go narrower but have no real desire to do so, I am competitive but someone is always faster.

Thanks. I thought it was narrower for some reason. Yes much faster and more fun too stay on the board.
