The best thing about that is she is all natural
I hope that doesn't mean hairy armpits
think towball got deep cycle lithium batteries in his RV.........but technology constantly changing......so in the short term probably best to get more orthodox batteries?
No I've gone back to Lead Acid , had AGM but they didn't last very well and at $750 a pop
For Mac...
BOB MCTAVISH: DEDICATED TO THE CRAFT
RideTUESDAY, 25 OCTOBER 2016POSTED BY TVANDENBERG
There are few names in the world of surfing that will last forever, and even fewer who have actually contributed to the progression of the pursuit… Bob McTavish, is certainly one of those names!
Whether you’re an aspiring WSL pro, a weekend warrior or a soul-arching spirit surfer, Bob McTavish has had a massive impact on you and what you’re sliding on… in other words, if you don’t know who Bob McTavish is, please quit surfing… like now!
A ‘Surfing Hall of Fame’ inductee, Bob has been pioneering surfboard design since the early 1960s. His revolutionary vee-bottom design, which many surfboard manufacturers still utilize today. The unique deep vee-shaped keel throughout the bottom third of the board paved the way for not only more progressive surfing, but more innovative longboard designs and perhaps most notably, for what was to become the ‘Shortboard Revolution’ in the mid-1960s. He introduced the first shortboard to the USA at Rincon in 1968. Bob McTavish along with Nat Young, wanted to mimic the way their kneeboarder mate, George Greenough, could ride waves with quick turns in the power pocket of the wave. This was the catalyst that sparked the creation and innovation of modern day surfing.

I just played a quick 9 holes
I just dragged mine out from storage the other day - soon to get a dusting off. Hate this time of the year !
I should buy some clubs, we have a nice course on the beach a few mins drive away. Would be cool if I could get the missus into it

struck it lucky at 11 am low tide.......paddled out for my second surf and everyone else went in except for one other guy (wasn't anything i did honestly) and was only an hour before wind went onshore......but major bonus compared to that early morning frenzy once a few other people got out there
Was bigger but softer and breaking way out.....had my 12'6 which was the right board choice
wasn't enthused about saturday morning at red bus either......people doing dangerous things and hassling for waves. Had to admire the guy who didn't even have wetsuit on though
I went wake-boarding this arvo - heaps of fun but still a bit boring after a while. Spent ages trying to master going goofy. So weird compared to normal but almost got there in the end. Will sleep well tonight.
