Mid Morning Surf...Lighthouse beach.
Brilliant , 2-4ft, nice lefts
It pays to be goofy on days like today

I heard that, my mate surfed a bit south of you.

Bit south geez that leaves it open
Couple of the local breaks 5-15mins always would have been bloody brilliant
Hope to be back out at it again tomorrow. Went running late today swell is still up

Sounds like where I was going to surfed today....seemed like the whole world arrived here today.
Yesterday, 8-10 out..today, same break today, had to be 50-70 maybe more.
funny how the mob mentality takes over, so many just jumped in as someone else was out and never looked afar,
A few of us moved down the break 300mtr (about 5-6 guys) had it to ourselves for 2hrs...sweeeeet

Today is a record breaking day in Sydney as far as pollen is concerned and I had a major dose of hay fever this morning along with a bit of a cold. Nevertheless, I give MR a bell at around 10am to see if he going in and he sounds like absolute sh1t, I didn't know that he's also a hay fever sufferer plus, he's also got a bit of a cold and he's getting stuck into the anti histamines as if they're candy. I give him my sympathy and press on to Manly, if only for a look and to get as far away from the bush as possible.

Anywho, Nth Styne looks like is might be a decent ride so against my better judgment, I suit up and go in for about 1.5 hours and got a few good rides plus 3 very nice drops, 2 were on the one wave. All in all, I'm glad I went in, because best of all, my hay fever stopped for the whole time I was out there.

So I'm driving back home and I kid you not, the very second I turn into my street, I start to have a sneezing fit and it's hardly stopped for 7 hours. Living in a bushland setting may be nice some of the time, but not all of the time.

Hope you got some more saltwater today to fix your sneezes obct.
Me I got super fun 2-3ft bowls. Heaps of good banks around and not straight at all. I'm loving the thruster set up a bit more than the quads atm.

Bells & Winki were pumping today. Ideal conditions at about 2pm... Wind backed off, perfect wind blowing open the barrels.
A very strong swell. Up to Double Overhead. But all the boys were commenting how much punch was being delivered today!

you should - the evening glass off was sensational here - nice colours in the sky from the bush fires and 3ft clean glassy peaks - gold!!!

ET - that sounds crap....hope you get better soon. Being sick sucks n it sounds like you are really sick - not like that bad strain of man flu I got a few weeks back - hope u get back to the water soon.
