LM this morning, with none other than Mr Vanders...... Had a quick skate and all, plus Brekkie.

Great fun indeed.

Bells Bowl was fun today, then as the tide rose, it was time to move over to Rincon (right next to the bowl).

At one stage today I thought MR was going to step over onto my board while on a wave, it was like that party wave you & I caught mac, close quarters surfing, like about 4 inches.

I reckon it was one of the best if not the best sessions I've had, including the longest ride ever!!!!

Can't even remember the number of times I walked back around after rides from the southern tip of LM all the way to GM point.

My final wave that mac called me onto was the grand finale, around head high & all to myself, surfed it all the way into the flags at Greeny, even got a couple of "wahoooo's" from the gallery on Greeny hill. Stoked!!!!!

This was the approx path.

The Farm at around head high on the sets and clean with nice banks.Warm water and only a short john needed. Starting to get the hang of this 666 thing but whats even better is a paddle out on my 10 footer is getting closer by the day.

Nth Steyne in the late Arvo, just got out, nothing special about the surf, pretty crap actually, but what was special was the company.

I almost ran over a sea turtle, just a little broke, but a sea turtle nonetheless. I've never seen one this far south, Arrawarra is the only place I've ever encountered one. I don't know it that means the water around Sydney is quite warm or it just means that I've not been looking hard enough in the past but It was a real buzz regardless .

That's strange

I always thought of him as more of a snake than a shark !!!!!

But shark is good.

You Don't want to keep him now that you've got him up there do you

Thanks to Vanders, Mac and Lacey for the company at LM and for that nice little 666 paddle. It was a real pleasure having me at your end of the beach.......

Okay, now that daylight saving has started, there'll be more chances for me to get in for an Arvo sesh, I figure I can get to the break as early as 5, depending on which site I'm working at and if I get parking.

But even if I don't get parking, I can still get home pretty quick because I park in one of the northern suburbs really close to north sydney and just get a bus to my car.

I've had a 10 footer for about 5 years but its been up on the rack in my garage for the last 2 years because of injury. 10 footers are great. My shaper told me it would be good in small waves but I've had it out in well overhead waves and it still goes good.
Mac I've been doing pop ups in my lounge room lately along with squats and heaps of planks. Its all coming along.
