It's Christmas. I don't even try to get excited.
Unless Zuke calls of course. Then it's action stations!
No surfing for over a month now, not because of conditions or sharks but because of injury. Was surfing nearly 3 times a week regardless of reports and loving it - driving me crazy!
I'm heading east,,, but I don't think its that flash where I'm going either , and it normally pss's down rain the whole time I'm there.
,, and if I don't get some paddling in soon,, it be spaghetti arms for me.
Went to India for work for a month came home now back out on work.....Xmas break 19th sharks everywhere and no swell....faaaaaaaaar k... Might have to sneak over to coolangatta for a few days...anyone know what it will be like a couple hours down the coast from there late December?

Well I'm off to Christmas Island this morning go island hopping through indo for a few weeks.
Hopefully I can bombard and bore you all with pics
Hope you guys get some waves for Christmas.
Couldn't land at Christmas Island due to weather. 5 flights (including 5 hours parked on the tarmac) later I'm back in Perth to try for Christmas Island again tomorrow.
Buuuut...wound up staying the night in the Cocos Islands. Managed to sneak in a two hour surf before jumping on the plane. Absolutely cranking reefie with not a single soul in sight.
Understandably, no photos. The adventure starts again tomorrow morning.....
Took my daughter for a swim at Sandtracks yesterday arvo and was surprised to see a few little lines around. Surely someone must have gotten a few?

If you haven't surfed since mid oct...you have actually missed 3 or 4 pulses of fun waves. Don't always rely / believe the seabreeze forecast !!
