The youngens out there wont have to worry about smoking killing them if they decide to take it up. In the next 2-3 decades brain tumours from mobile phones, obesity, chemical poisoning from processed foods, fast foods will be a way bigger issue than smoking has ever been.

What's the go with fruit lately, ok so I smoke, but I exercise and eat fairly healthy, or am I eating healthy. Most fruit I have bought lately looks good on the outside when bought but after several days still looks good on the outside but what you cant see is it going rotten/ spoiling from the inside out. Some chemical company has come up with a brew that keeps produce fresh in appearance and its costing me a fortune.

Buy it from the grower.... or grow it yourself, problem is most the fruit you are buying out of woolies/coles has been out of season for ages so it's rubbish been picked 6 months ago before it was really ripe and stored in a cold room, tastes terrible, doesn't last and cost heaps more.....

Unfortunately, I'm still addicted. I may have 5 per day... I enjoy my odd ciggie.

Today, while I was waiting for a take away coffee. Some turd interrupted me while on the phone and asked me to move as I was smoking,. He told me that his kids were nearby. I was outside and not doing anything outside of the law.

When I finished my phone call I told the guy to call Derrin Hinch if he had a problem with my behaviour. I ignored his request and fiished my ciggie.

Who is right and wrong in this social 2016 scenario?

I was recently asked to buy a pack at the local Shell... WTF happened!
You have to ask for a specific pack and they're all in the same fugly pack with no indication of tar or nic levels, how the fark is somebody supposed to make an informed decision?

WTF does Rothsman Gold mean?
So I just asked for the cheapest pack.

adolf if you're smart, you'll bend to your lords wishes... Vaping; with my mod I can literally smoke out a whole street with the sweet smell of strawberries and get enough nic to give myself a heart attack.
Equivalent to a pack of smokes costs me ~$1... still much prefer cigars though.

Sorry guys to bring this topic up again ,
but I stumbled upon something that is not new but is exploding overseas quite rapidly "Vaping" I first noticed it when I seen a flume of smoke coming from a car after I left Heathrow Airport on the way to mothers up north.

I guess also the odd mate in OZ also had the devices but I never thought much off it.

Then more travel around more of the U.K. I seen more plumes coming from cars. I soon worked it out once I got into London for a couple of days it was people Vaping!

So I looked into it and decided to go shopping for a Device.

It's a bit overwhelming at first as there are so many different devises, juices,Mods, forums!

but after finding a shop in Wales and chatting with the guys I purchased my first device.

They informed me in some countries you can't purchace the nicotine in the juice including Australia which I thought is pointless, so I stocked up on 60ml of tobacco flavoured 12 mg juice for $50au which I belive at this quantity will last me around 2 to 3 months. Tomorrow I will purchase the same amount but a flavoured juice at I think 4mg before I return to OZ.

so far it's been 5 days and just the occasional rolly which tasted crap.
i have read as much info as possible and it appears it's 95% safer than smoking normal ciggerets although governments are cracking down on it quite quickly.

there is a Aussievapour forum for more info.......I would personally not advise getting attatched or involved to much into the Vaping world but for me it is working and great to have a beer or two without craving a ciggy and it's great there is just about zero smell.

Vaping got me off smoking. Is good. Best stuff from china, heaven-gifts or healthcabin, can import juices fine last time I checked. That looks a pretty sweet rig, the tech has improved heaps since I quit.

Hard to quit vaping, but by then I was so far from combusting that I would never have considered taking that up again when quitting vaping.

Just be very careful of the bottles around kids I used to lick the nico juice up if I spilt a few drops but you need a tolerance to get away with that. I think they should have child-proof caps as a safety standard.

Sad news for QLD vapers is the government is making it illegal to Vape with nicotine in your juice.

It's ok to continue to smoke nicotine which is how they get there cut and which is what kills most smokers.

but no more home made Vaping juices thanks which are proven to be 95% safer ! What twats

When I did it, it was illegal to sell nico juice in oz, but not 0mg juice. But there's no point to 0mg juice now is there

Looks like the chinese still ship to oz just fine. There was always a risk that customs would stop an incoming order, but it never happened to me.

They have some amazing tech now, makes me wish I still did it just for the gadgets. Times have changed since the simple 510's.

Britain has let the vape industry grow, now they receive plenty of tax through a billion dollar industry (cause guess who now owns and controls most of the ecig industry..tobacco companies, they know whats going on).

Agreed, the hypocrisy is unbelievable.

I can't stand the fact ( taxes aside ), the money you spend on ciggies goes into the bottom line of companies that lie, deny and are happy to kill you for a profit They attempt to sue the government ( ALL TAXPAYERS ) which is attempting through plain packaging etc to prevent this disease spreading. That thought alone should be all the incentive you need to quit.
Funny how you see "Vaping" as the good guy and interesting that the same large tobacco companies are jumping in on this band wagon.

Yes I'm and ex smoker of some 15 years, but I don't give a flying **** if you smoke in front of or around me as it doesn't happen that much any way and I recon some people that have offensive BO are worse!

Takes about 10-15 minutes to mix 2 -3 months supply.

On the smoking thing...it is obnoxious to smoke cigs around others in my view. the effects of passive smoking are well and truly scientifically established. But then again, the person complaining also has the right to move away as well.

Nicotine creates a powerful enduring addiction, best to not go there if you can help it.

Well it goes like this:

vaping invented mostly by a chinese guy whose dad died of lung cancer. He started heaven-gifts / joye I believe

vaping gets a huge underground following. No big brands, no advertising, all word of mouth/internet etc. Followers very active in developing the tech, researching health effects/safety, finds good mixes for flavour, and organising grassroots moves towards legislation.

Governments generally paralysed by indecision - on the one hand it's way healthier, and gets people to quit who've failed every other method, and has a lot of vocal supporters. And it doesn't stink. Other hand, scant on long term health research, and big tobacco are starting to sniff around with their billions. So many decisions - is indoors ok? Is it legal to sell? Tax it? Advertising? etc.

Big tobacco starts seeing the writing on the wall. Here's the magic solution they've been hoping for. They start throwing billions into making crap 'one shot' disposable or semi disposable (cartridge etc) things that look like a real ciggie. As far as vaping they're just awful. Poor on every front. Billions getting poured into advertising - no regulations - some of it shown to kids. Now you have big T advertising to kids again.

Vapers generally hate BT and everything they stand for, want to disassociate themselves from it in every way.

BT want in and are trying to buy it, they want to take over vaping and make it the future of smoking in the 1st world. So they're trying to speak for vapers wherever possible, even though it's the last thing vapers actually want.

/my 2c
//pretty close tho

Razzonator just make sure you import the juice with nicotine , I recommended it to a friend and he went out without consulting me and brought a Vape unit and the juice but minus the nicotine. There is a good forum called Aussie vapours lots of info there. I have to admit I have vaped now on the A380 , A330 and in international airport terminal toilets....please don't tell anyone! The Endura T22 is a great unit to start with I have not brought any tobacco for 3 weeks now.
