Did anyone watch The Story of Science this evening?? Land Yachts finally made it into a Documentary. It seems that the Dutch invented the Wind Wagon way back when to Transport Troops along the coast of Holland but the population thought they were incredibly dangerous things.. Interesting stuff. There were some very nice looking modern LY's on as well

I saw that doco on the Dutchie's landyacht......got recording a little too late to capture the first bits but caught some of the landyachts sailing. Have shown that to the troops and this has led to the discussion on modifying the front end of the Mad project.
