Got an hour a goodness just south of me... 3-5ft dependent on set = fun
Lots of body boarders in the water ...that was not fun as they seemingly had there own "rules"... grrrrrrr
but was nice to back in the water a after a 3 day drought

Missed out this morning , swell still on it's way & the southerly got into it quick almost a bit onshore messy Brother Mick might get some scraps mid morning dunno

Yeah that wind made it a bit of a treadmill on the 666. It was meant to be a long period swell today, but it seems like only about 9. Had a few in the first 20 mins from 0900, the glove guy came out & said it was a lot better than 1/2 an hour ago. Then it died in the ass again & the wind picked up. I was only out for just under an hour, but it was really nice in the water in just boardies n' rashy.

When I got there it was glassy & calm + few little sets forming up mate but within a half hour or so that Sthly just smashed it ... a couple of the local chicks & I had a wicked skyshow as the sun came up with that electrical storm tho - some awesome colours in the sky brother
Glad at least you got something hey

My view out to the NW is a lot better than the NE, but yeah can see some grey...love those conditions, unfortunately its not so conductive to generating waves. Fingers crossed

Got a surf locally.2-3ft (maybe)..swell has not arrived and decreased as the morning wore on.... Wondering if the swell event may have been yesterday.

Still good to get wet...

Well it's big at home and significantly smaller up the coast. Tragic day at this end the 6'10" still not been wet. lots of work done though and kms travelled.

^ Sorry to hear that Ted. Maybe this weekend mate.

Fun day today. Offshore was a little strong at first, but then it backed off & things improved with the incoming tide. Overhead screamers with a very fast middle section. Had some very fast long nose rides in nice clean conditions in just boardies & rashy

Paddled out at 5:25am to a ledge that does not break that often but likes the high tide. Was lots of fun until about 20 others decided to join the party and came in. Not without first realising the limits of the Nano. It struggled this morning big time on the ledgy drops. I blew more takeoffs in one session than the previous month put together
