Really good waves here this morning too, all the recent shark sightings have kept numbers down all week. Will be interesting to see what happens over the weekend.

Condolences to ya mate man & hope ya score Sunday...yes I went out, there was already 2 other people out when I got down at 8 & ended up with about 8 people out. Looked like a fisheries boat came & sat just off the back of the break for about 15 mins. I think they might have been doing some sonar spotting. A few 666'ers out also, they're good for spotting too.

Checked it on the way home from night shift. Some small bumps there. Just back from paddling the river for an hour . I'll wait for the tide to drop and head down for a look.

Yeah smh cool,We're staying at Waikiki for 8 days,hopefully get to see some big waves on the North Shore because it's still the season in Feb but may be hit and miss.I won't be surfing in the huge stuff though, just watching,to old for that.Just surf at Pops or Mac might know of other breaks around Waikiki to ride a longboard

Thanks for that Al . I know the big stuff is around during our summer. Will have to check when the best time to go will be. I'm off from mid May to mid July.
