Glassy waist with the odd shoulder high waves and surprisingly, quite uncrowded early on.

Great way to test out the new stick.

He makes a good board Al. As you'd know he's been at it years and years. I can remember looking at his single fins in Windansea at Cronulla back in the 70's.
As for the surf I haven't been.
I've been on nightshift but I know without looking that its going to be crowded sloppy rubbish.

Yeah mate, that he does I'm very happy with the 10 footer he made for me I've only ridden my 9'3" once since, haha bit like a new toy I spose. He did a lot of shortboards in his day for lots of Sydney surf shops,I had one of his singles in the 70s I bought it from Shady Haze surf shop in Liverpool, haha. He won't tell me how old he is but I know he's now in his early to mid 70s.He was a good mate of Bobby Brown of the same name from Cronulla who passed away a fair few years ago!..

There's a slightly bigger north east bump here today so I'll wait for the tide to come up and take the bellyboard out. Heaps of fun to ride and good to be in close to the wave. Some thunderstorms brewing so it might even glass off.
