Had some fun little waves on the 666 today...long wait in between a lot of the time, but I had it to myself luckily. I'm pretty bloody good at injuring myself on that thing. First wave I had I went for a little floater on the end section over the reef. Board flipped over, gave me an eggy on leggy (shin) on the way & I landed on the underneath of the board which had a litttle more momentum than me. So I then slid along & got fin chopped on the elbow. Then the reef cut my feet in a couple of places. Great start to what has been a beautiful day

I got back home from the big smoke around midday and headed to my fav beach for an insane session of 2-3ft peaks hollow a frames. I had a ball. One bloke told me that it was even better earlier in the day. Ahhh. Anyway I am heading back out for another one shortly to take advantage of the higher tide. Hope the rest of you are making the most of this run of swell we are having.

yeah it will I reckon - had some great waves this week at that beach we surfed last time. What time you around? I have to be in Gosford at 5pm so would need to be finishing my last surf of the day by 4ish at the latest. If you have a spare fin feel free to bring one up so I can bring my longboard out as well - I snapped mine and have not yet got round to making a replacement yet.

Give me a bell in the morning and I will give you a proper report

From midday onwards, I'll make sure I send you something if I look like getting in the water.

I've got a bucket full of Vanders fins he left in my car, I should bring one up for you, he'll never miss it

Opps, this isn't a PM I'm sending you
how do you delete them

yes indeed - lots of rain - Boofy's town had 250mm in the last 24. That place loves a good flood - hope he is ok. I am lucky where I live LL as there are 2 beaches that are offshore in a northerly and can easily handle a nor easter - the common devil wind for most other spots on the east coast. So we manage to just get by whilst others are strugglying

Sounds cool mate, would love some tubealicious...we've got a bad wind today, but some much needed swell is on the way. Its gonna be packed tomorrow coz everyone has been talking about Sunday being the day lol Probably only gonna be some ridable cross shore slop, but something head height would make a great change.

Stoked I finally got motivated to fix the fcs plug on my superwide madi'gra shortboard this morning

Oh yeah I hadn't noticed the tide, been so focused on swell & wind. Short range of tide in the morning too, might help hopefully. I'm thinking 0700 to 1000 tomorrow & fingers crossed for Tuesday being the day

Lumpy and bumpy 2 to 3 ft here today - wind went southerly at lunchtime yesterday and blew most of the night so conditions were as you would expect and the big high tide did not help things ether. But its Sunday and I am doing no work today so I am not complaining - no way! Hope you fellas get some good ones somewhere. I am going to take the lady for a spin up the new expressway to the Hunter for an early lunch. Yummo. Might try and make her pay

We had to drag him kicking & screaming into some of the nicest conditions we've seen there for a long time.

Now there's talk of him offloading boards.

Lacey was like a dog on heat, chasing every wave & smashing them like a demon!!!
