Pumping here too. Got out fairly early, but it's light onshore now. So I timed well!

I was waiting for a nice big wide one, for my last wave, and an absolute cracker showed up! Brilliant wave. Long long walls of fun!

I did the same thing yesterday as the tide filled up. Got a great one but then (greedily) paddled back out for one more. Ended up having to paddle in 30 mins later when the tide was too high.

The paddle of shame

caught a few waist high waves today, it was great having the sun on the back and the board under the feet also spoke to a guy who had a very nice McT, it was bigger & better day yesterday but SeaQ surf had a comp on and boards were everywhere, i don't mind giving up the beach for the young groms now and then

Pleasantly surprised that the swell got better and I got a few beauties up around Stuart Street Narrabeen.

I only went out to test a camera mount and the surf was so good, I took the camera back to the car after just a half an hour and went back out for another hour and a half.

What with the morning sesh, I was rooted by the time a got out

Stoked, 2 surfs today at Port Stephens, the second one was better, head high and clean. So good to just get some waves. Tomorrow looks promising if swell increases as predicted. Took a day off just in case

what abt you Gold Coaster types? A mate of mine is up there at the moment and just called me to thank me for the top tip I gave him where to surf today...he surfed the snapper to greenmount section of the worlds second most crowded wave and loved it! He said he got a few beauties from the rock all the way down to the LM area. Big thanks to Asea and Chrispy for their advice this morning

lol Thanks Chrispy, I was going to be madder than mad Jack McMad if I didn't get waves today. I am so keen for some size though (a bit greedy now). Looking forward to hitting the Goldie in a week as my last few visits it has been great. I scored that huge swell the Christmas before last.

Hi Boof, that would be great, but it would have to be Tuesday 23rd or Wednesday24th as they are my only free days as I am only there a few days. I will most likely surf between Miami and Tallebudgera depending on swell of course and as long as there is a post surf coffee of course.

Saturday morning surfed screaming right hand ledges just down from where Simondo likes to go...not as long as some other waves around but surfed fro two hours by myself.
Saturday arvo walked out the front door and surfed an overhead left right out the front.
Sunday morning surfed a sweet left and then paddled over to the right after the wind shifted and scored a few before it picked up to much....

Very happy...sore shoulders though!!

I got nothing today. But enjoyed watching some crew getting smashed. Watched a heap of tourists trying to make the paddle out, lucky for them that it was only their pride that was hurt. Some big nasty **** out there

great surf on the new 666 last night

one of those days nice northeast swell rolling in , sitting at work watching everyone else out having fun , hoping , praying it would hang on till knock off .

timed it perfect , got there just on dark as the tide turned ,
whole place to myself as everyone else had already had their fun .
