Saw a mate recently who I hadn't seen in 12 months, he dropped 20kgs by switching to Bundy & Soda from Bundy & Coke. Quite a difference when he has 20 rums in session
Exercise wish he jumped on the pushy for 20kms 3 times a week.
My first goal was to crack the 100,that ticked off I/we have set new goals and the scales don't even get a look in.
I was and sometimes still am a bad eater,I mean breaky overrated,lunch nah I'll hang out for diner.All wrong of course.

My other alternative is natural muesli (from health food shop) with lite milk and add sliced fruit such as kiwi fruit.

Cup of berries, 2 scoops of protein powder and a cup of coconut water. Almost the perfect blend of protein and carb to get you rolling for the day. Blended as a smoothy.
I've been on a bit of a mission myself Scotty, gone in 2 holes on the belt and need to poke a new one. Started with goals to run 5k under 25 mins, something I tried for 3 months last year to do. Last 2 runs down to 24 mins, 1 month ago was at 28 mins.
There's 2 ways to do this and I've done both: Go full ketosis based diet with low intensity exercise. Or go healthy paleo type with lots of salad, fruit, veges and lean meats and train your ass off. Option 2 is slower but you feel way better and get stronger quickly.
I got my plan from a sports nutritionist and its absolute gold.

4 weetbix with 2 tablespoons of psyllium husk and skim milk. Been on that for a while and laying silicone cable. Soft with very little wiping.Unreal.
Maybe do some light weights before breakfast to get your metabolism started. I've been doing 2 k swims , pilates, weights and 45 minutes interval training on a cross trainer and have stripped over 10 kg over about 3 and a bit months. 5 to go. Do something every day.

I have now entered the challenge. I am going to lose 10kg in a month and be ripped grrrrrrrrr. Will pmost a scale pic tonight. I only need to losse 5kg that I put on since I stopped smoking. Yet I think I can get the extra 5 down before I broke myself.
Nothing drastic in diet or whatnot. Just Surf and skate more plus the deadly treadly yeeeeeeew.
Make that 6 weeks, it will take a few beers to work my regime out
