Think positively, meditate briefly about becoming a lighter person, and think about being that lighter person.
Try any find the time for brisk walking. Park a little bit away from your destinations. Lunch hour, do a 20-25-30-35 min walk... (I know you can potentially squeeze in a walk during your day of work - throw a t-shirt into the car, walk in that, and change back to the other shirt... if sweaty)
"Post-it-note" on your dash board, "Stay focussed, 1kg per week", with an optional addition "#simondo!"
