Sounds like fun Ted! I still haven't been in as yet but had a fun surf right until dark last night. Was only for around 1 hours though but little lefts running down a beach really well, barreling even and only two of us!

Keep up the froth levels lads!

Amazing waves today. Surfed the hp again,I forgot how much I love this board...sorry shorty.

First surf was bowls and walls, with some tubes thrown in. Banks joining up and linking to the beach....if you wanted to paddle that far back

Second session was some nice fat rolling glass. I will have to be more patient with photos....but who has the time to sit and wait when there are waves to catch. The third surf will be at two

Picked the tide bang on this morning (@lighthouse) ...clean glassy only 2-3ft but stacking up on shallow bank, so made for fast hollow rides..

Just had a fun surf with Vanders - small weak n crap but good company on a deserted beach in the rain followed by a nice feed. He has just left for the big smoke. Thanks for stopping by

"Small & crap", bloody southerners are a fussy bunch, those conditions in Qld would have had 70 others out.

Did enjoy the crowd though, Ted! He was the crowd.

Had to fight the crowns here today...not...only 2ft sneaky arvo session infront of house (beachie)...no one out, just meeeeeeee.
Bit spooky though with all the mullet schools about
Was a really fun 45min session... With the crown beinf so small this week the wave count has been so high my bloody arms are going to fall off..faarrk they are tied...yep great first world problem.

Hope the rest of you frothers are getting amongst it.

Did my early dawn routine this morning .... very mis-shapen & inconsistent due to the southerly on it , but still managed to get a good ration ... swell should be on the up soon if it's not already

I pulled the steamer out of the wardrobe today, but didn't end up needing it. Just cold in the house. Took out my mardi gra board for the first time since this time last year when I farked the FCS PLugs that I just repaired & surfed the same spot it happened. Had a great surf, couple of close shaves on the reef haha, was surprised how good the board felt. Its so perfect for that spot...saw a local bloke in his 60's on his Sunover LB, think it must be a new board but I didn't get a chance to ask him coz we were both getting heaps of waves & taking off from different peaks. He was pulling off some nice foam climbing floaters & nice cutties. Hope I'm as agile & surfing at that level when I get to his age. Something to aspire to anyway
